Michael Owens – Managing Director
Michael is the Managing Director of the company. His experience in the roofing and property development industry spans 40 years. Due to the continual leadership from Michael and quality of its services and products, the company has experienced steady growth over the years. Today, Michael oversees all operations internally and continues to have tight control on all client sites, ensuring every job is completed on time and on budget to the highest quality.
Wendy Owens – Finance Director
Along with Michael, Wendy has overseen the financial health of the company for the past 30 years; and manages financial operations within the organisation including: financial reporting, contract management, and procurement. As Finance Director for The Allweather Group, Wendy takes a lead in developing company strategy across all areas of the business, with a special focus on financial analysis and key business drivers. Her steady hand has been vital in ensuring the longevity of the company.
Lisa Mundroina – Director
After graduating with a business degree from Kingston University, Lisa worked in finance in the IT Industry in the City before joining the family business. As Director nearly 10 years on, Lisa is Michael’s right hand woman for company strategy and ultimately takes responsibility for the whole asbestos division of Allweather, overseeing all asbestos removal projects and managing HR including staff training, new regulations and health & safety. Working with her team of asbestos specialists, Lisa uses her extensive industry knowledge and experience to ensure that all works are carried out safely and efficiently.
Tim Milner – Roofing Contracts Manager
Tim first started working with the company 1992 as a 16 year-old apprentice. As the main roofing Contracts Manager, Tim now oversees the smooth running of all the roofing projects managing the roofing team. He regularly works with teams on site, ensuring high standards of workmanship and health and safety procedures are maintained at all times. Committed to getting the job done, Tim’s experience, knowledge and high quality workmanship is highly admired and respected within the team. As a qualified first aider, Tim takes an active role in training and motivating the team, particularly apprentices and younger members of staff.
Peter Owens – Asbestos Contracts Manager
Peter has been with the Allweather Group for over 25 years. His excellent customer service skills allow him to ably assist in the running of our Asbestos division overseeing every Asbestos contract, and implementing the works to strict policies and procedures whilst ensuring every aspect is carried out safely and legally. Peter’s broad range of qualifications include: PASMA, First Aid, ARCA risk assessment and plan of work course, ARCA contracts manager training, ARCA supervisor training.
